Almost any type of industrial machine.
CNC machines, machining centers, lathes, grinders, presses, molding machines, chillers, compressors, PLC-controlled equipment, and other production machinery.
In many cases, the machine type is less important than the nature of the failure.
Although every machine is different, the principles of troubleshooting are often the same.
We begin by evaluating the machine and the symptoms before proposing a solution.
4The Difference Between the Manufacturer and SGX
The priority of any factory is to restart production.
To achieve this, manufacturers typically restore operation by resetting the machine or replacing damaged parts.
Our philosophy is different.
We consider replacement of damaged parts to be a temporary measure.
At the same time, we investigate why the failure occurred and work to identify and remove the cause.
For us, a repair is not complete until the cause has been addressed.
This is our Trouble Solution philosophy.
5What Does the Investigation Cost?
Initial consultation and site visits are free.
If we believe the machine can be repaired, we will carry out a detailed investigation and submit a report and quotation.
As a general guideline, we consider a repair practical when the estimated repair cost is within approximately 20% of the replacement cost of the machine.
The quotation includes the investigation cost.
After reviewing our report and quotation, you may decide whether to repair, replace, or retire the machine.
If you choose to repair the machine using your own team or a third party, a technical fee equal to 50% of the quotation amount will apply.
4. Service Area
1Our Factory Is Located in Hai Phong
We support factories throughout Vietnam.
For locations outside the Ho Chi Minh City area, travel and accommodation expenses are billed at actual cost.

Yes.
We support factories throughout ASEAN, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Investigation conditions are discussed individually before deployment.
3Can You Support Our Factory in Japan?
Yes.
If equipment information is provided in advance, we can propose an investigation plan.
Travel and accommodation expenses are generally charged separately.

We can also support local suppliers and partner factories.
